We raise Black Angus Cross cattle. The cattle are selected and bred for their genetics, performance, and beef quality. At Mortimer Ranches we are continually improving the genetic traits of our cattle. What does this mean to you? Continued improved quality and younger finishing age means: lean, more flavorful, and tender beef. These cattle are a part of a vaccination program, GAP certified, DNA tested, BQA certified, age and source verified, and bulls are Trich tested.
